HOW DO I BOOK A CONSULTATION?

When should I book a wedding Consultation appointment?
Consultation Appointments should be made no later than six months before your wedding Date.

How do I place a bespoke order?
To make a bespoke order, you must first book in for your consultation. To make a bespoke order and book your consultation, fill out your details on our contact form here.
How do I place an Off The Shelf order?
To make an off the shelf order, simply browse our designs here, and when you find your favourite design simply add your required amount to your basket, and fill out your order form at checkout. Then, sit back and relax, we’ll do the rest! We will first send you a confirmation email and then inform you when your order is ready for collection / out for delivery.
I have placed my order. What now?
Great news – you are one step closer to bringing your luxury dream wedding stationary to life!
Bespoke Orders: We will send you a confirmation e-mail after your order has been placed. We will then be in contact again when the designs are ready for collection, or are being sent out for delivery with our courier.
Off The Shelf: Once you have placed your order on the website, we will send you a confirmation email with all your details. Once the designs are ready, we will then be in contact again to let you know that your stationery is ready for collection, or are being sent our for delivery with our courier.
Is there a minimum amount that we need to order?
Bespoke: The minimum order quantity for our bespoke designs is 50.
Off the shelf: The minimum order quantity for our ready to order designs is 25.
Do you offer samples?
Yes, we offer samples for our bespoke range only. These samples are available on request for a charge of 45 euro. Get in touch through our contact form here or send us an e-mail at orders@soon2be.ie to discuss what designs you specifically desire samples of.
Design Details
If I am struggling to find inspiration for my bespoke stationery designs, what should I do?
We are here to help! Wedding planning in general can be overwhelming and getting inspiration for your stationery might all be too much. However, don’t stress! At Soon2Be, it’s our job to take that stress away.
At our consultations, we will go in-depth and brainstorm to understand what you would like. We will work out the colours, themes and design elements that resonate with you and your partner, and how to incorporate your personalities into your stationery! So relax, trust the process and let us create the stationery of your dreams together.

I don’t see any bespoke designs that I like on the website. What should I do?
No need to panic! The bespoke designs on our website and social media are there to give you ideas and get inspiration. Remember, each of our bespoke designs are completely one of a kind and 100% unique to you. Together we can bring your dreams to life and discover what it is you wish for your dream wedding day stationery. Simply get in touch with us here!
Do you create designs in other languages?
Yes of course! We have designed so many different creations in many different languages for our clients throughout the years. Simply just send us the wording and we can design this for you. If you have any further queries about this, simply fill in your details on our contact form here.
Can you print guests' names and addresses on envelopes?
Yes absolutely, we can print your guests names and addresses no problem! If you have any further queries about this, simply fill out the contact form here.
Will I be able to review a proof of my stationery before my design is printed?
Absolutely! We require all designs to be approved by you to make sure you are 100% happy before we go to print.
Payment & Terms
How much do Soon2Be.ie designs cost?
We have two varieties of designs available, bespoke and off the shelf.
Bespoke – All of our bespoke items are priced individually and this will be outlined to you during your consultation and when we send you your official quote. These designs are made especially for you, and will be completely unique to you and your special day. As these designs will bring your dream wedding stationery to life, pricing will be based on those details accordingly.
Off the Shelf – Our ready to order collection will be priced on the ‘shop’ section of our website.

What are your Payment/Deposit terms?
Consultation: When opting for a bespoke design, you will have to book in for a consultation with us, whether that be online, or in person at either Mallow or Cork City office. If this consultation occurs within our working hours of between 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday, this consultation is completely free of charge. However, if you request a time outside of these hours, (e.g in the evening, or on a Saturday afternoon), we can cater to this request with a 25 euro after hour fee. However, upon placing your order, this fee will be fully redeemable and taken off the price of your total order cost.
Bespoke: After your consultation has taken place, we will work on your design until you are completely satisfied with your stationery, free of charge. Once you are completely happy and ready to place your order, a 50% deposit is required on placing the order. Once your order has been approved via email, then the balance is due. You can pay this via bank transfer, , or if you are choosing to collect your stationery from one of our offices, you can pay when collecting.
Off-The-Shelf: Full payment for our ready to order collection is required on placing your order.
Delivery & Shipping
How Do I Get My Stationery?
You have two different options when it comes to receiving your stationery.
First of all, you can collect your package in either our Cork Office or Mallow Office , if it is convenient for you.
Alternatively, we can arrange for your order to be delivered right to your door with our courier company. Delivery takes approximately 3-5 working days.
Do you accept International Orders?
Yes, of course we accept international orders! We have accommodated many clients from different countries abroad, including Australia. Once you have placed your order, the delivery cost will be worked out and included in your quote. You will have to contact us directly through email to arrange delivery at orders@soon2be.ie.
Stationery Specifics
How long does the wedding stationery process take?
Bespoke: For bespoke designs, there is no ‘typical’ time frame, as every couple is different. There are a number of factors that affect this, such as the type of design that a couple wants, how quickly we receive requests for changes, and how many proofs they need. This is why we always recommend that Consultation Appointments should be made no later than six months before your wedding date.
Off The Shelf: For our ready to order collection, you should allow up to 7 working days for production. After this, it will be ready to collect from one of our stores, either in Mallow or Cork. If you chose delivery with our courier, allow an additional 3-5 working days.
For those who chose international delivery, we will specify the approximate delivery timeline upon receiving your quote. Do not worry, we have had plenty of happy customers from all over the world!
When should we send our stationery out?
SAVE THE DATES: Save the Date cards would be send out between 12-18 months before your wedding date, If you are getting married abroad or your wedding falls around a holiday then you might want to do this a little earlier.
Wedding Invitations Invitations should be sent out at least six weeks before your wedding date. Once again If you are getting married abroad or your wedding falls around a holiday then you might want to do this a little earlier.
How many should we order?
Wedding Invitations / Save the dates: It is always better to have too many than not enough, remember a lot of your guests will be couples so divide your guest list number by two & add 15 – 20 extras.
Ceremony Booklets: I would suggest that you order a minimum of one third of your guest list.
Will My invitations come with envelopes?
Yes, all wedding invitations come with standard white or cream envelope. Speciality envelopes are an extra cost.
When should I organise my Ceremony booklets?
ASAP. Don’t leave your ceremony booklets until the last minute. I would suggest you get them done & dusted at least one month before your wedding day.
General Questions
I would like to order stationery for an event which is not a wedding - is this possible?
Yes, of course, we create all our designs & Print in-house so there is no problem helping you out with birthday parties, galas or corporate events.
